Ashraful Fuqaha

The blessed, glowing star and one of the most prominent torch bearer of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jama’at and Khalifa of Mufti e Azam Hind, Hazrat Muhammad Mujeeb Ashraf Qibla Hafidahullah (Hazrat Ashraf ul Fuqaha) was born on Saturday, 2nd Ramadan ul Mubarak, 1356 Hijri (6th November 1937). The time of the day when Hazrat came into this world was the blessed time of dawn. He was born in Ghosi, Azamgarh district of the northern state of India, Uttar Pradesh.

The family into which Hazrat Ashraf ul Fuqaha was born was studded with highly learned and spiritually inclined diamonds. This provided a great platform to Hazrat Ashraf ul Fuqaha and helped shape his impeccable personality. Hazrat Muhammad Mujeeb Ashraf Saheb Ibn Hazrat Alhaj Hassan Saheb Ibn Hazrat Hafiz Muhammad Jameeullah Saheb Ibn Shaikhul Huffaz Hazrat Alhaj Al Hafeez Ahmed Saheb Alaihim ar-raHmah wa ar-Ridwan. Hazrat Shaikhul Huffaz Ahmed Saheb Alaihim ar-raHmah wa ar-Ridwan undertook journey on foot to perform Hajj e BaitUllah in the mid 19th century. The entire journey took about 12 months to complete.
